Maple Meadows Music Camp Experience

Maple Meadows Music Camps offer a variety of music experiences for young singers and instrumentalists. Our camps are geared toward helping students build strong bonds with other young people who also enjoy music, building musical skills, and building confidence, collaborative and leadership skills in the process.

This summer is our first summer in operation and we have one instrumental offering: NOVICE BAND CAMP.

Based in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, BC, our camp features scenic vista view of the Golden Ears Mountains and Fraser River. Close proximity to Vancouver ensures that we are able to bring in quality guest clinicians – professional musicians based in the city. The location of our Novice Band Camp is the Maple Ridge Arts Centre and Theatre (ACT).

Camp Programs for Summer 2021

NOVICE BAND CAMP: July 19-23, 9:00am to 12:00 pm

Students in Novice Band Camp will forge new musical friendships with other youth who love what they love, enjoy clinics with professional musicians from Vancouver, and lots of engaging musical repertoire! This program is intended for students who will be continuing to develop and refine their musical skills in an exciting and dynamic environment. The Novice Concert Band Camp is for students who have 1-2 years of experience playing an instrument (typically having completed their first or second year of band at their elementary, middle or high school). The week culminates in a final public performance for friends and family (virtual, ourdoors or in person, depending on public health orders).
